Simply prop the mower up (ensure the spark plug wire is disconnected first for safety), unscrew the center bolt, swap the wheels, and replace the bolt. The entire process takes less than 15 minutes for a pair of wheels. Just be careful not to lose the “woodruff key” or the small drive pinion if it slips off the axle during the swap.
